Ilke Homes creates Sustainable Modular Homes. The Ilke Academy is an initiative to discover the house builders of tomorrow, offering jobs to a variety of young people with a diverse set of backgrounds and providing training in engineering, carpentry, manufacturing and construction.

identity
The sub-brand identity was created with modular in mind, creating a strong foundation of shapes to form the A for Academy, which sits seamlessly with the existing logotype. The sub-brand uses a vibrant teal to compliment the brand’s current orange palette, with graphic devices and contemporary design that represents the industry in its simplest, most accessible form.
